History
We founded Triarch in 2004 because we identified
the need in the marketplace for an investment banking firm
dedicated to delivering the same quality of service to smaller
middle market companies that can be found at larger financial
institutions and Wall Street firms serving large corporations.
As four former investment bankers with significant middle
market experience from institutions such as Wachovia / First
Union Securities, First Union Capital Partners, Bank of America,
Bowles Hollowell Conner and Wheat First Securities, we bring
to bear over 70 years of combined experience across a wide
range of industries and transaction sizes including over $20
billion in mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity capital
raised via the completion of over 200 assignments. Our financial
skill set in mergers and acquisitions, principal investing,
executive management and corporate finance as well as our
significant transaction experience provides a unique perspective
of the marketplace as well as experience not commonly focused
on the lower end of the middle market.
